AOP Crémant de Limoux
Terroir : Haute Vallée de l'Aude - Languedoc.
Going up the course of the Aude and getting closer to the Pyrenees, this wetter and colder terroir experiences a late spring and a cool autumn. It is the terroir of choice for white grape varieties and Pinot Noir.

Winemaking: Traditional method
Our grapes are harvested manually in 25 kg baskets, they must be healthy and are grown according to the organic farming charter. The bunches are pressed as soon as they arrive at the cellar. We separate our pressing into 4 or 5 different cuvées thanks to our tastings in order to create well balanced sparkling wines of remarkable finesse.

Sugar dosage: 6 g/l
Aging time on racks: 18 months minimum
Alcohol content: 12.5°

Adorned with a sparkling raspberry pink color, numerous fine bubbles bring finesse and lightness.
This vintage reveals a nose of freshness and elegance as well as notes
delicately fruity.
In the mouth, its fine gourmet bubbles will delight your taste buds. Fresh red fruits, such as wild strawberries or blackberries, are delicately expressed.
