Going up the course of the Aude and getting closer to the Pyrenees, our wetter and livelier terroir experiences a late spring and a cool autumn. It is the terroir of choice for white grape varieties and our Pinot Noir.

Our grapes are harvested manually in 25 kg baskets, they must be healthy and cultivated according to the organic farming charter for almost twenty years.
Yield: 35 hl/ha

Tasting notes:
Adorned with a pretty ruby color, the nose of red fruits with aromas of cherries are expressed as desired. A palate with soft and supple tannins with spicy cinnamon-type notes. Petit Louis Rouge
Ideal tasting temperatures: 15° to 18° C / 59° to 64°F over the next 3 years.
This cuvée is perfect as an aperitif, with tagines or mixed salads.
