In 2010, Nicolas and Amandine decided to give another dimension to the family estate by developing their own wines using organic methods. Passionate and respectful of the land and the vine, the grapes are harvested manually and then vinified in stainless steel tanks or oak barrels to give a nice range of sparkling and still wines. Our signature is expressed in our creativity with custom-made cuvées but also in the excellence of AOP Crémant de Limoux, AOP Blanquette de Limoux and AOP Limoux 100% Chardonnay.
